Every member of the NuLook team receives training on HIPAA regulations and our privacy policies. Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality agreements and understands the importance of protecting your privacy during in-home visits and all communications.
Reporting Privacy Concerns
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with us or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
