    SMS Terms & Conditions

    By opting in to receive text messages from NuLook Home Care Agency, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. Our text messaging services are used for appointment reminders, care updates, staffing notifications, and general communication.

    SMS Consent

    By providing your mobile phone number on our forms and checking the consent box, you authorize NuLook Home Care Agency to send you text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with NuLook (e.g., active client, applicant, partner). You will only receive messages relevant to your inquiries or active services.

    STOP Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending you the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

    Data Rates May Apply

    As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
